A 61-YEAR-OLD drink-driver has been banned from getting behind the wheel.
John Webb, of All Saints Road, Landport, Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to driving a Peugeot in Wingfield Street, Buckland, Portsmouth, while more than three times the limit.
A test revealed his breath contained 109 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres.
The legal limit is 35mg.
Webb was banned from driving for two years.
He was given a 12-month conditional discharge by Portsmouth magistrates.
No order for costs was made.
