A MAN has admitted being drunk and disorderly.

Lewis Chalmers, from Hawthorn Crescent, Cosham, admitted committing the offence in Kingston Road, Buckland, Portsmouth, on December 1.

The 23-year-old was given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £20 costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
