MAGISTRATES have fined a man for possessing cannabis.

Stuart Kimber, 33, of Ophir Road, Portsmouth, admitted having the class B drug on him in London Road, Portsmouth.

He was fined £75 and told to pay £85 costs and £15 to a fund for crime victims.

Portsmouth magistrates made an order for the cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
