THIEF James Diner has been told to pay compensation.

Diner, 34, of Jervis Road, Stamshaw, Portsmouth, admitted stealing steak from the Co-op in Eastney Road, Eastney, Portsmouth. He was given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £7.50 compensation by Portsmouth magistrates.
