MAGISTRATES have fined a man for driving without due care and attention.

Hazbi Hoxha pleaded guilty to committing the offence while driving a Peugeot in Talbot Road, Southsea, on November 12.

The 31-year-old, from Australia Close, Landport, was fined £400 and told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims by Fareham magistrates.

He must pay £35 costs to Hampshire Police Authority.

Seven penalty points were added to his driving licence.
