MAGISTRATES have fined a man for using threatening behaviour.

Craig Longstaff, 29, of Railway View, Portsmouth, admitted committing the public order offence in Priory Crescent, Southsea.

He was fined £70 and told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims and £85 in court costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
