MAGISTRATES have fined a man for using threatening behaviour.

Thomas Robertson, 25, of Knox Road, Stamshaw, Portsmouth, admitting committing the public order offence in Alec Rose Lane, Landport.

He pleaded guilty to committing the crime while subject to a five-month suspended sentence imposed for possessing a bladed article.

He was fined £70, told to pay £15 to a victims of crime fund and £85 in court costs.

City magistrates added an extra 40 hours of unpaid work to the suspended sentence order.
