MAGISTRATES have fined a man for using threatening behaviour.

James Field, 29, of Clydebank Road, Buckland, Portsmouth, had denied committing the offence at Portsmouth Central police station in Winston Churchill Avenue on January 19.

But he was found guilty by Portsmouth magistrates.

He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £50 costs.
