A MAN has been fined after he was caught speeding in Fareham.

Paris Nolan, 37, from Langley Road in Portsmouth, was fined £150 after he was caught exceeding the 70mph speed limit on the M27.

Nolan also had to pay costs of £35 and a victim surcharge of £15.
