POLICE have charged a man following a burglary at a home in Rowlands Castle.

Michael Antram is accused of breaking into the house in The Fairway and stealing a camera, three mobile phones, an iPod, a laptop and cash.

He is also alleged to have stolen the home-owner’s keys as well as a pen and a rucksack.

The house was burgled on November 20, last year.

Antram, of Woofferton Road, Paulsgrove, Portsmouth, did not enter a plea to the charge when he appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.

The 20-year-old was remanded in custody to appear at Portsmouth Crown Court in March when he is due to enter a plea.
