LAGER thief Clayton Forrest has been given a conditional discharge.

Forrest, from Blackwater Close, Wymering, admitted stealing the lager from a McColls store in Portsmouth on February 23.

The 29-year-old was given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £50 in court costs when he appeared before Portsmouth magistrates.
