MAGISTRATES have given a man who was drunk and disorderly a six-month conditional discharge.

Paul Walker, of Knight Gardens, Farlington, Portsmouth, was also told to pay £85 in costs by Portsmouth magistrates.

The 41-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence after he was arrested for being drunk and disorderly in Wickham Street, Portsea, Portsmouth, on July 3.
