MAGISTRATES let 22-year-old Radwan Doudi off with a six month conditional discharge for being drunk and disorderly.

Doudi, of Kimbolton Road, Copnor, was arrested in Fitzherbert Road, Landport.

He pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.
