MAGISTRATES have ordered a man to pay £115 after he was drunk and disorderly in a Chinese takeaway.

Matthew Moore was arrested for his behaviour in the HaHa take-away in New Road, Portsmouth, on December 16.

Moore, of Austin Close, Paulsgrove, admitted a charge of being drunk and disorderly when he appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court. The 21-year-old was fined £50 and told to pay £65 in costs.
