MAGISTRATES have fined a man for being drunk and disorderly in public.

Damian Breach, from Vernon Road, Copnor, Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to committing the offence in Lawrence Road, Southsea, on July 2.

The 27-year-old was told to pay £185 in a fine and costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
