DRINK-DRIVER Mark Pacino has been banned from the roads.

Pacino pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle in Western Road, Cosham, Portsmouth, after drinking too much alcohol.

A test revealed his blood contained 98mg of alcohol per 100ml. The legal limit is 80mg.

Pacino, 37, of Falmouth Road, Paulsgrove, Portsmouth, was fined £350.

He was ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 to a fund for crime victims.

Pacino was banned from driving for three years.
