Police offer reward for arrest of former Portsmouth resident after £12 million heroin supply trial

MOTORIST Robert Bowsher has admitted using a mobile phone while driving.

Bowsher, of Mayhall Road, Copnor, Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to committing the offence while driving a vehicle in Old London Road, Hilsea, Portsmouth, on August 9.

The 35-year-old was told to pay £110 in a fine and costs by Fareham magistrates.

Three points were added to his driving licence.
