A TEENAGER caught with two imitation guns in public has been told to do unpaid work.

Samuel Wilson pleaded guilty to being in possession of two blank-firing 8mm handguns at Portsdown Hill in Southwick Hill Road, Cosham, on April 12.

The 19-year-old was then ordered to do 100 hours of unpaid work within the next year by Fareham magistrates.

Wilson, from Peel Road, Gosport, must also pay £85 in court costs.

An order was made for both guns to be forfeited and destroyed.
