A THIEF who stole a Fred Perry T-shirt has been told to stay in at night at weekends.
Adam Fleming took the £35 top from the Fred Perry store in Gunwharf Quays.
Fleming, of Copnor Road, Copnor, admitted theft when he appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.
The 29-year-old was ordered to wear an electronic tag and stay at home between 6pm and 6am every Friday to Monday for 16 weeks.
He was also ordered to pay £35 in compensation to the shop, which will automatically be taken out of the benefits he receives.
