Senior police officer hits out at ‘irresponsible’ drivers after 320 thefts from vehicles

THIEF Louis Mapstone has been given a community order.

Mapstone, 21, of Gladys Avenue, Portsmouth, admitted stealing £100 of razors and razor blades from Boots in Cosham High Street.

He also admitted stealing £84.98 of goods from a B&Q store in Portsmouth.

Mapstone was ordered to spend 36 hours at an attendance centre by Portsmouth magistrates.
