THIEF Krystal Duty has been spared jail.

Duty pleaded guilty to stealing two pregnancy tests worth almost £20 from Wilkinson in Arundel Street, Landport, Portsmouth.

The 22-year-old admitted a charge of obstructing PC Andrew Sollard in the same street.

Duty, from Lord Street, Portsmouth, admitted flouting a community order three times.

She was sentenced to 42 days in jail suspended for a year.

Duty was also put under supervision for 12 months.

Portsmouth magistrates ordered Duty to take part in a women’s programme for 12 days.
