A WOMAN caught driving while a fraction over the alcohol limit has been banned from getting behind the wheel for three years.

Kathleen Wheeler, 55, of Chatsworth Avenue, Portsmouth, admitted driving after drinking too much on Valentine’s Day. Her blood contained 81mg of alcohol per 100ml. The legal limit is 80mg. She was fined £450 by city magistrates and must pay £85 costs.
