MAGISTRATES have fined a driver who went through a red light.

Kayes Khan went through a set of traffic lights in Milton Road, Portsmouth, in his Nissan Almera.

The 46-year-old, of Inhurst Road, North End, pleaded guilty to the offence at Fareham Magistrates’ Court.

He was fined £35 with £50 in costs. The magistrates added three penalty points to his driving licence.
