A HUSBAND and wife have been charged with harassment following allegations made by a neighbour.

Annunziata and Peter Crook, aged 76 and 77 respectively, of Millars Court, Pagham, Bognor were arrested by officers from Bognor’s Neighbourhood Policing Team.

The retired couple have been charged with harassment following an on-going neighbour dispute.

It followed a complaint by neighbours who claim to have had rubbish thrown over their garden fences for three years.

Mrs Crook was also arrested and subsequently charged with criminal damage following allegations of repeated damage to plants and bushes.

In a statement police said they are both due to appear at Chichester Magistrates’ Court on September 12 to answer the charges.
