MAGISTRATES have fined a man for being drunk and disorderly in public.
Martin Hughes, 50, of Durrant Gardens, Rowlands Castle, pleaded guilty to committing the offence in Havant Park, Havant, on September 28.
Hughes also pleaded guilty to failing to answer bail at Portsmouth Central police station on October 10.
Hughes was fined £30 and told to pay £15 into a fund for victims of crime by Portsmouth magistrates.
No order for costs was made.
