SERIAL thief Dean Rogers has been told to pay compensation.

Rogers, 26, of Grove Road North, Southsea, admitted stealing a £252 bike from Fareham train station, a bike worth £350 from Hedge End train station and a £200 bike from Swanwick train station between December and March.

Rogers was told to pay £802 compensation and £85 costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
