SERIAL shoplifter Marc Foster has been fined.

The 32-year-old, of Crabbe Court, Southsea, admitted stealing from Morrisons in Elm Grove, Southsea, on two separate occasions while subject to a conditional discharge.

And he admitted stealing steaks from Sainsbury’s in Guildhall Walk, Portsmouth.

The crimes were committed between June 23 and June 30.

Foster was fined £210 and ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £20 victim surcharge by Portsmouth magistrates.
