THE jury in the body on the beach murder trial has been sent home.

David Hilder, of Richmond Road, Southsea, is accused of dismembering his friend David Guy and disposing of the body parts around Southsea. He denies the charge.

The jury at Winchester Crown Court started its deliberations on Tuesday and has not yet reached a decision. It has now been sent home and will reconvene on Tuesday.
