A BEGGAR who was given an anti-social behaviour order in a bid to stop him pestering people has been fined for breaching the conditions.

Mark Baldwin was given the Asbo at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court in January after he was repeatedly arrested for asking for money and cigarettes from people in Portsmouth and Southsea. But the 32-year-old, of Meriden Road, Southsea, was arrested again after asking people for cigarettes in Palmerston Road, Southsea, earlier this month.

He admitted breaching the Asbo and was fined £50.
