MAGISTRATES have fined a man for driving without insurance.

Salar Mustafa admitted committing the offence while driving a Ford Fiesta in Victoria Road North, Southsea, on September 2.

The 29-year-old, of Meriden Road, Southsea, was fined £90 and told to pay £15 into a fund for crime victims and £35 in court costs by Fareham magistrates.

Six penalty points were added to his driving licence.
