MAGISTRATES have fined a man for possessing cannabis.

Anthony O’Sullivan, 28, of Nightingale Road, Southsea, admitted having the class B drug on him in Albert Road, Southsea. He was told to pay £200 in a fine and costs by Portsmouth magistrates. O’Sullivan also admitted failing to surrender to bail. He was told not to leave the court until the session ended.
