A MAN from Southsea has been ordered to pay £250 – after damaging a jumper.

Mark Butcher, of Albert Road, pleaded guilty to criminal damage at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.

Butcher damaged Terence Victor’s jumper on September 1 of this year.

The 44-year-old also admitted failing to surrender to custody.

Butcher must pay a £15 victim surcharge.

He must also fork out £85 in prosecution costs as well as a £150 criminal courts charge.

Magistrates gave him a six-month conditional discharge.
