BEER thief David Andrews has been given a conditional discharge.

The 28-year-old, of Chewter Close, Southsea, admitted stealing beer from the Co-op in Albert Road, Southsea, on March 12.

He was given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £25 costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
