A 21-YEAR-OLD man admitted being drunk and disorderly.

Ngosa Mwamba, of Gurney Road, Southsea, committed the offence in Guildhall Walk, Landport, Portsmouth. He was given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £85 costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
