Warning to landlords as letting agent is fined £10,000 over ‘hazards’

MOTORIST Setareki Raumakita has been caught driving while disqualified.

The 23-year-old, from Victoria Road North, Southsea, pleaded guilty to committing the offence while driving a BMW in Northern Parade, Portsmouth, on June 18.

Raumakita was given a community order stating that he must not leave his home between 9pm and 9am on Fridays and Saturday for five weeks by Portsmouth magistrates.

He must also pay £85 in court costs and was banned from driving for 18 months.

Raumakita also pleaded guilty to driving the car without any insurance.

However no separate penalty was imposed.
