NINE sheep, a pig, three goats and four cattle have been reported stolen in the last three years.

Hampshire Constabulary released figures from its crime reports but the data may not cover all incidents reported.

The figures only include livestock recorded under property in the force’s computer system and is not a complete picture.

A note said: ‘This information will be inclusive of cases which have been classed as ‘no-crime’ due to the animals in question being located as escaped or lost.’
