HORSE riders in East Hampshire are being urged to be on their guard after a spate of thefts.

Local police community support officers have put out the warning following the theft of horse tack in Horndean and Rowlands Castle.

Owners of stables and livery yards are being advised to double-check their equipment is secure.

Any suspicious incidents should be reported to police on 101.
