DRINK-Driver Gary Dyer has been banned from the roads.

Dyer pleaded guilty to driving a Hyundai Atoz in Sunbeam Way, Gosport, while over the legal alcohol limit.

A test revealed his breath contained 69 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres.

The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.

Dyer, of Martin Avenue, Stubbington, was banned from driving for 20 months by Fareham magistrates.

The 48-year-old also fined £100 and told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims.
