Pictures reveal shocking state of dog found locked in toilet

THIS man is wanted for putting a mobile phone up a woman’s skirt in a supermarket and taking a photograph.

Police say the victim was shopping in Asda, Newgate Lane, Fareham, when the man approached her.

He is thought to have taken a photo after putting his phone up her skirt.

The man then fled the store through the main exit, but was caught on camera.

Now police have released this CCTV image of the suspect in the vile incident, which happened just before 5pm on July 4, in the hope of bringing him to justice.

PC David Terrett from Fareham police station said: ‘We have carried out a number of enquiries in an attempt to find the person responsible for this incident.

‘We would like to speak to the man in this CCTV image as we feel he may be able to assist us with our inquiries.’

The suspect is a white man, about 5ft 6in, aged in his 50s and of a medium build with short, grey hair that is balding on top, a red complexion and stubble.

He wore a beige or brown short-sleeved top with a black collar, dark-coloured trousers and dark-coloured shoes.
