THREE teenagers have been arrested and bailed in connection with a spate of damage to cars and buildings in Eastney.

Two women aged 18 and 19-years-old were arrested along with a 14-year-old boy on suspicion of criminal damage.

More than 25 cars, five shops, a phone box and two bus stops had paint thrown at them in Bransbury Road and Eastney Road in Eastney earlier this week.

The trio has been bailed until September 29, pending further enquiries.

Hampshire Constabulary said it would like to thank members of the public for their assistance.
