THREE teenagers have been charged with robbing a Portsmouth betting shop.

A staff member at Ladbrokes in Allaway Avenue, Paulsgrove, needed hospital treatment after being attacked during the raid.

Cash was stolen in the robbery, which happened shortly after 10pm on January 30.

However Hampshire police has not revealed how much due to ‘security reasons.’

Dylan Darker, 18, of Holbeach Close, Wymering, Portsmouth and Nahum Depass, 19, of Cheltenham Road, Paulsgrove, Portsmouth are each accused of robbery, possession of an imitation firearm and possession of a bladed article.

A 15-year-old boy, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, has been charged with robbery.

All three teenagers were remanded in custody to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court on February 24.
