Theif snatch mum's purse at Southsea Library
POLICE are hunting a thief who snatched a purse from a woman's push chair.
The incident took place at Southsea Library in Palmerston Road between 12.30pm and 12.40pm on May 10.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to call 101.
They are also warning people to keep purses secure.
