Police are investigating after a man died following a crash on the M3 in the early hours of this morning.

SHOE thief Yasmin McCue has been told to stay in at night.

McCue, 20, of Fawcett Road, Southsea, admitted stealing three pairs of shoes worth £49.97 from United Footwear in Fratton Road, Fratton, Portsmouth.

She also admitted damaging a carpet in the store.

And she admitted stealing £28.39 of food from a Co-op in Fratton Road, Fratton.

McCue admitted committing the offences while subject to two conditional discharges.

Portsmouth magistrates ordered her not to leave home between 7pm and 7am for three months.

No order for compensation was made.
