THIEF Brian Burton has been ordered to stay in at night.
Burton pleaded guilty to stealing a wallet and its contents, a fountain pen and a set of car keys from a victim in Netley Road, Southsea.

Burton, from Watts Road, Portsmouth, was given a community order at Fareham Magistrates’ Court.
The order states that he must not leave his home between 8pm and 5am for 14 days.
