SHOPLIFTER Tyler Davies has been told to pay compensation.

Davies, 24, of Orsmond Close, Waterlooville, admitted stealing groceries worth £5.45 from Costcutter in Green Lane, Clanfield, on April 2. The 24-year-old also admitted a charge of failing to surrender to bail on June 21.

Davies was given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £5.45 to Costcutter by Portsmouth magistrates.
