SERIAL shoplifter Lee Millership has been jailed.

Millership, 35, of Fawcett Road, Southsea, admitted stealing a mobile phone from a man in the same street.

He admitted stealing five blocks of cheese worth £35 from Sainsbury’s in Eastleigh and committing the crimes while subject to an 18-month conditional discharge imposed for theft.

Millership admitted stealing more than £21 worth of goods from a Portsmouth Co-op.

The crimes were committed between July 25 and October 16.

He admitted three counts of failing to surrender to custody and was jailed for 56 days by Portsmouth magistrates.
