Thief must pay out £40
MEAT thief Jay McKnight has been ordered to pay compensation.
The 33-year-old, of Agincourt Road, Buckland, Portsmouth, admitted stealing steak and ham worth £40 from Co-op in Fawcett Road on January 1. City magistrates ordered him to pay £40 in compensation.
