A DRINK-DRIVER who admitted resisting a police officer has been ordered to do unpaid work.

Mark Burnett, 30, of Vian Close, Gosport, admitted drink-driving without insurance or a valid licence in Stoke Road, Gosport, on April 18.

Burnett resisted a police officer on the same day.

He was told he must do 80 hours of unpaid work and was banned from driving for three years when he appeared before Fareham magistrates.

Burnett must also pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
