A 42-YEAR-OLD woman who was caught drink-driving has been banned from the roads for three years.

Tereza Rutter was stopped by the police as she drove a Peugeot 307 in Nutfield Place, Landport.

A breathalyser test revealed she had 53 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35mg.

Rutter, of Festing Road, Southsea, pleaded guilty to drink-driving when she appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.

As well as the ban she was fined £250 with £95 in costs.
