A DRIVER who lost control of his vehicle after overtaking and then collided with a wall has been fined.

Terry McHugh, 32, of Kelsey Close, Titchfield Common, was driving a Suzuki in Church Road, Locks Heath, when the incident happened on August 8 last year.

He denied a charge of driving without due care and attention.

But he was found guilty by Fareham magistrates.

McHugh was fined £60.

He must also pay £85 in court costs and £15 to a fund for crime victims.

Three penalty points were added to his driving licence.
